Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, Rarebino will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Return shipping fees are paid out of pocket by the customer
- We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item received is incorrect or faulty
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
Rarebino does not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return the original item (once approved)
- Place a new order separately
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet all standard return eligibility requirements:
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase provided
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction
