Order Processing Time

All orders are custom made and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Each piece is carefully produced to ensure quality and attention to detail.

During high-volume periods (such as sales, drops, or new releases), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your item.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic and international shipping:

Australia (Domestic Shipping)
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping
Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Express International: 5–10 business days (where available)

Custom-Made Items Notice

All products are made-to-order. This means production begins after your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

We do not hold large amounts of stock, as every item is freshly created for each customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will always support you in working with the courier to resolve any issues.
